Celebration Kids Volunteer Qualifications

We want FAT CATS who will be part of our terrific team!!!

Faithful:

We want a faithful steward who wants to be told "Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things" (Matthew 25:19).

Available:

We want an attitude that says, "I'm willing to serve in any capacity that advances the kingdom of God." We want people like Isaiah, who told God, "Here am I. Send me!" (Isaiah 6:8)

Teachable:

We want someone who is open and understands that a ministry team grows only as much as its leader is willing to grow.

Committed:

We want someone who will "stick with it" even when things get challenging… We want someone who is committed to work things out together as a team!

Transparency is about integrity, and it's essential if a team wants to enjoy rich, real, and powerful relationships. Paul wrote, "Let our lives lovingly express the truth (in all things speaking truly, dealing truly, living truly)" (Ephesians 4:15, Amplified Bible).

Serving:

We want someone who has a heart for serving others. We want a heart that says, "Whatever I have to do to reach these kids, I'll do it!" "The measure of a man is not how many servants he has, but how many men he serves." (Dwight L. Moody).
